Shimmer Powder is a concentrated loose colour powder pigment that contains advanced ingredients to help it to adhere to the skin. Pigment is available in frosted finishes and comes in an extensive range of colours. Use to create a subtle wash of colour or mix with Eyeliner Activator for an intensive lasting effect. Does not streak or cake, and is easy to blend for a long lasting look. Perfect for dramatic designs when used in conjunction with Eyeliner Activator.
