Please Take Note:
1. Buyers must read and agree to all of the Payment Methods, Shipping Information, Warranty and Return Policy, and Feedback Instructions before placing order.
2. Non paying buyer will be subject to pay a cancellation fee to cover related expenses such (listing fees, final value fees, shipping from supplier, admin, etc..). We are unable to make any exceptions.
3. Please DO NOT USE the eBay "Send Payment Information", Buyers please wait for our eBay invoice before completing check out. We will email you within 4 working hours with all the Payment Details & Shipping Costs.
4. DirectStore is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods. If problem do arise, please contact us, and we shall endeavor to resolve any issues. We strongly recommend you to purchase the transit insurance as this will protect and guarantee your item to be in its best condition.
5. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damage, and will not accept claims to the products or parts after the product has been partially or wholly assembled.
Payment Methods
1. Direct Deposit (Preferred to speed up your order, it will take 1~2days to confirm your payment )
Internet Direct Deposit is preferred. Please use your User ID as "Payment Reference"。
If you make deposit OVER THE COUNTER, insist to put down something that can identify you as the payer, you need mail ( dssspay@tpg.com.au ) to us with the following: Payment date, Payment amount, eBay ID, Item#, most importantly: postcode or BSB number of the branch where deposit made. Fail to do this will cause delay on your transaction process, as we have no other way to identify your payment.
2. Money Order or Bank Cheque.
Please note that orders by cheque are not processed until the funds have cleared which may take up to five working days.
3. Paypal
Please note PayPal payments will take one working days to clear to our bank account.
We are unable to accept COD or Paymate.
We will respond to each and every email within 24 hours during business days - thank you for your patience and understanding.
