This is a very unusual item

It is

A fold-up cup

which

Fits inside a watch type case

Press the plunger at the top of the case and it pops open

Then you take out the cup pull it apart until it forms a small cup

For that we dram when you are out.

I would say that it is pre - 1900 

It is looking a bit worn as lot of the plate has been worn

In very good condition

This is quite a unique and rare item

The case measures approx 45 mm in diametre
