None of the sorcerers dabbled in the earth element thereafter, for fear of waking the guardian. Centuries have now passed, and the rock has gradually eroded and changed back into the water it was originally, long ago. The guardians magic is making its presence felt again; rocks rain down on the cities; the water is becoming full of mud. The earth, the element forbidden to the elemental sorcerers, is awakening. Most Games Consoles are manufactured to use a pre-set video format. The two main video formats are PAL (used in the United Kingdom and parts of Europe) and NTSC (used in the USA and Canada).

Most games sold by us (except PC games) are designed for the PAL video format (US is commonly NTSC). Games and Games Consoles sold in the UK use the PAL video format.

Non defective items - Products may be returned for replacement or refund if they are received back by dvdorchard within 30 days of shipment, AND in the case of new products sold, they are returned in mint condition in their unopened, original packaging, and they are returned in perfect condition.

Defective items - In general, products of any kind may be returned for replacement or refund if they are received back by dvdorchard within 30 days of shipment. Please email us (ebaysales@dvdorchard.com.au) the nature of the defect before you return anything to us.
We will respond quickly and advise you of your next step. There have been defective disc's/incompatible players but more often than not the problem can be solved by the user with a little guidance.

We do not charge any customs duties on International shipments.

We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your eBay order. If indeed your purchase is a 'gift', you must tell us when you place your order to allow us to complete the customs declaration appropriately.
