From the French Lingerie brand Simone Perele is this plunging strapless black bra.

Perele is renowned for excellent fit and support but not at the expense of beauty.

Size 10 E-85 E.

Beautifully made it has the style name of Velia.  There is a slight sheen to the cups.

The bra comes with a small organza bag with the straps

Three hook back and on the 'wings' there is, as per the photographs, a material that aids in keeping the strapless bra in place.

This usually retails for $89.95 but it can be yours for 29.95.
