Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via regular post or private couriers (for larger items)

• Australia Post standard post is used for small items unless buyer requests otherwise
• You item is stocked locally in Australia
• Items are usually dispatched within 24hrs after we notify that payment is cleared
  
• If the item has not arrived within reasonable time frame, check with your local post office first - It could already be waiting for you
• We take NO responsibility in damages and losses that occur during shipping, yet we do offer an insurance option to cover it

Terms and Conditions

• Payment must be received in full within 7 days from the date the auction ends. Beyond that, supply will not be guaranteed
• Electronic tax invoice will be issued upon request only

• All items are listed in good faith and with stock on hand, however if for any reason we cannot supply an item after sale, we will notify you immediately, and refund your payment if it has been made

Warranty / Returns

• All items carry a 7 day DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) warranty
• It is buyer's responsibility to ship a faulty item back to us
• Postage and handling fee are not refundable
• Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of arrival providing buyer pays for postage costs and item is in its original state
• We will replace / repair the item where feasible, or we will refund all or part of the purchased amount
