PAYMENT TERMS
1. Accept
i) PAYPAL or ii) direct deposit from any banks in Australia.
NOT ACCEPT money order or postal cheque.
2. Payment is expected within 3 days after auction ended. Otherwise, item will be relisted and the buyer will be reported to eBay as 'NON PAYING BIDDER' after 15 days.
3. Warning will be sent to the NON-paying buyer after 7 days the auction ended.
4. If you pay by direct bank deposit from Australian banks, we will give you our Australian bank account number. Please leave your eBay item numbers and eBay user ID in your payment. (if space is not enough, please write in a short form)
5. If you pay us by e-check through PAYPAL, you have to wait till it has cleared.
6. We will send an email notification to you after we receive your payment.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
1. We ship to Australasia, USA, New Zealand, U.K., Ireland, Europe, Germany, Portugal, Finland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, France, Swiss, Dubai, Hungary, Poland, Netherland, Switzerland, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Canada, India, Japan, Israel and others.
2. Shipping & Handling fee is the same to anywhere in the world.
3. No discount will be made for any combined shipments.
4. Normally item will be shipped out within 48 hours after payment is received.
5. All items are directly shipped out from Hong Kong using international airmail via Post Office. Normally, it takes 7- 8 days for you to receive your item in major cities and 8-14 days to other cities.
6. You can pay extra shipping fee to get EMS (Speedpost) shipping service. Normally it takes 4-6 business days only to receive order. Please contact us if necessary.
7. We only ship the item to the address listed in your paypal payment. Please make sure your shipping address is correct
8. We suggest our buyers to purchase the shipping insurance. We are not responsible for the lost/damaged items unless you have bought insurance and can provide official documentation issued from their local post office about such a loss/damage.
9. Shipping/handling terms are non-negotiable. Pls do NOT bid if you do not agree.
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Please feel free to email us any question with your eBay user ID & item number. It is normally be answered within 48 hours. If you don't hear anything back from us, please make sure your email account does not reject any incoming message. Also, check your Junk Mail or Bulk Mail Folder.
2. We only sell new items.
RETURN POLICY
1. Our item is guaranteed against defects : The valid period of replacement is 20 days after your payment.
Please get our admission before shipping out. Please make sure it is not due to your misuse.
Please note you have to pay your return S/H fee and our re-shipping fee.
2. We do not make any refund or reimburse S/H fee charges. Only replacement would be made.
3. No Matter what the reasons of your return, you have to be responsible for the re-shipping fee. Please pay the fee to us before returning your item.
4. If you want replacement, you must :
a. return the whole item(s) in their original condition, and
b. email your replacement request to us & get our instructions.
5. Note before returning items to us:
a. include the original packing slip indicating which items are being returned,
b. have a word 'RETURN' on your returned package.
c. return your items within 20 days from the shipping date.
6. Return shipping address would be emailed to you after receiving your replacement request.
7. There is 25% of restocking fee for any returned non-defective item(s) due to any problems.
