Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A full refund including shipping and handling charges will be given if I have sent a wrong item, for example, I sent a pair of earrings when the ordered item is a pendant. I always send via registered mail, a tracking number and a receipt would be issued to me when I send the item, in the rare event that an item is lost during shipment, I could only refund the cost of the item.
