Slidescan - Digitise Slides in your desktop scanner. This unit sits on your desktop scanner, and enables you to take positive copies of slides. in the picture the Slidescan is the triangular object sitting on top of the flatbed scanner. Information on the Slidescan is available on the web as well. Certainly a cheaper alternative to purchasing a dedicated slide scanner. No moving parts to break, as it works with a box and mirrors to capture the light and reflect it behind your slides. Smoke and mirrors! I havent used it, but have read the write ups on the web about it. Sold on a no return basis, as I am cleaning out preparing for a move.
