Pick Up or Freight Forward
Pick up is available from our Pakenham warehouse. This is usually available 9am - 8pm weekdays. Please call ½ hour before coming (or before 6pm) to make sure there is someone available. If there is no one here, we will then organise to leave it with someone else or make a later arrangement.
Freight forward uses your own freight company and is solely arranged by yourself and at your own risk.
Please send it from your normal email because gmail & ebay e-mail systems get scrambled leading to lost e-mails. We can also send technical attachments this way.
YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU USE YOUR USER NAME AS THE REFERENCE WHEN PAYING BY BANK DEPOSIT - OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT KNOW IT IS YOU AND YOUR ITEM WILL NOT BE SENT!
All items are covered under Australian warranty. Buyers will need to provide proof if damaged.
Returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection is at buyer's cost with no exception.
