The Smokey Amp is the world's smallest and least expensive guitar amplifier, proudly made in the USA. It is also the single biggest selling guitar amplifier ever made! The Smokey Amp will also power any 4, 8 or 16 ohm speaker cabinet, including 4x12s. Invented by Bruce Zinky in the early 1980s (and improved for production in the 1990s), it has become a favorite with guitar players for its tough distortion and the speaker output function that allows you to power any speaker cabinet. We sell Smokey Amps in many different brands and flavours and because of the box recycling program, our stock changes regularly. Therefore we are unable to specify or guarantee which brand you will receive but remember, regardless of the box each one is a genuine Smokey Amp! Use as a stand alone mini guitar amp or line out to an external speaker cabinet. Use guitar's volume and tone controls to tweak the sound. Runs on 9-volt battery (included). Won't cause cancer or low birth weight. Local Pickup in Melbourne at 555 Music Co. 555 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn, VICTORIA. Shipping Australia wide is also available.
