Delivery
Once your payment has been cleared into our bank, we will dispatch your goods within 3-4 working days.

If your parcel has not been received within 10 days of my postage notification email, please check at your local post office before contacting us. 80% of missing parcels are awaiting collection at your local post office.

Warranty & Return Policy
Items damaged during delivery will be subject to inspection and claim upon Australia Post. All New Items are covered by Manufacturers Warranty. Item returned at buyers expense. Must be in original packaging and in good condition. Please contact us before sending the item to confirm the claim and to let me know what is wrong. Please contact us for a Return Authorisation before sending the item. Any item received without a Return Authorisation will not be accepted.

We offer a 14-day exchange warranty so if there are defects on the item, we'll simply exchange the item for you.
You must always contact us first to get approval to return an item. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Returns must include all original packaging & documentation. Postage back to us MUST be INSURED and is at your expense, postage back to you is at our expense.
