The removable hidden zippered cover is washable with a sturdy polyester drill back & a cosy mock lambswool top. Lightweight & portable - you will travel easily with this bed.

Our Free Repair Service

Whilst we cannot guarantee against the damage pets can cause (dogs can chew through bone after all!), we do offer a FREE REPAIR SERVICE in an effort to extend the life of your Snooza product. So if your pet's shown their bed a little too much love, we may be able to help.

Probably most importantly, your Snooza product will need to be repairable. As hard as we try, sometimes there's just too much damage even for us to fix. Please phone us for assistance or email us a photo if you're unsure.

Rani (our diligent repairer) is responsible for making your pet's bed (or what's left of it) usable again. To help us make sure she doesn't leave us, please wash & dry your product thoroughly before getting it to us.

You can either post your Snooza product directly to us, including reply paid postage; say hello to us in person & drop it into our factory during business hours; or alternatively, if you live in the Melbourne metropolitan area phone us for your local Snooza stockist & we can arrange to collect it from them.

Replacement parts, if required, will be charged at a minimal cost.

Snooza Pet Products is proudly Australian and endeavours to use as many Australian ingredients as possible. However, in order to bring you the best quality, latest range, or most competitive price, we sometimes need to look elsewhere. So, much like us, our products are a little bit multicultural.

Where are we from?

Our fluffy stuff...

Our fluffy polyester fibre (used in almost all of our soft beds) actually comes from Thailand. We used to use an alternative fibre but found that it did not cope well with regular washing - which is pretty hopeless for a dog bed! This new fibre will not form hard clumps like some others and loves to be washed, so we thought it was worth the overseas trip.

Our smelly stuff...

Our lavender comes from overseas but not quite that far - Tasmania. A lot of lavender is imported from France but we like the Tassie one much better!

Our woolly stuff...

Why would you use anyone else's sheep?? Our wool is proudly 100% Australian.

Our super duper fabric range...

Anyone in an industry that uses fabrics will know that Australian fabric manufacturers are pretty scarce. So, we searched the globe for the best offerings...

Our poly cotton is Chinese; our Velboa is Korean; our calico is Pakistani, our faux fur range and our fabulous Stay Dry Mat fabric are both English; our mechanical stretch and the fabrics we use for our Flea-Free Dog Bed, Walking Bag and Feed Sack are all Taiwanese; but our Durobed fabric is true blue Aussie.
