This mini tape measure is brand new and packaged in clear plastic bag. This tape measure is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. The end of the tape measure should be held when retracting to avoid catching fingers and avoid damage to spring mechanism.
Hand sprayed graphics - item may have some very minor irregular colouring.
