We have for auction a solid timber old school desk that our teenage daughter has now outgrown. It probably dates from the 1950s & the small evidence of student's engraving inside the desk predates the time that we bought it. The desk has been restored with wood-filler in a couple of small patches & has an attractive Laura Ashley stencil design on its lid. The desk's dimensions are: 76 cms Width X 76 cms Height X 51 cms Depth. The desk is in fantastic condition for its age, with clean interior to store books and paper etc. Hopefully it'll get many more years of use in a children's bedroom or study. Inspection prior to bidding is welcome. Collection is from Ashgrove, Queensland and payment on pick-up is fine. Thanks for looking!
