Warranty & Return Policy

We offer 3-month warranty.
All claims for DOA (Defect On Arrival) must be made within the first 7 days of arrival.
If buyer's not satisfied with his purchase, please kindly contact us via email or eBay message, we will issue him an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Any returned item(s) will not be processed without any RMA.
Items returned to us will be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. We do not accept the returns which has been torn down by buyer's side without our authorization.
Buyer paid the returned fee for service. We would pay when we resend. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
