• REFUND POLICY. We will not refund for incorrect choice or if the phone is faulty when it has a warranty. In accordance with the ACCC and Fair Trading, it is up to our discretion to refund or not only if the item is faulty 3 or more times. Please don't request a refund if the item has been faulty once or twice.
   

• All item prices include GST. A tax invoice will be issued with each purchase for warranty and taxation purposes.

• SMALL PARCEL - We choose one of a variety of methods for this option depending on the size of the package, price of the item and the distance it has to go from us in Sydney. It could go via Express Post, Platinum Express Post, registered post or standard courier satchel. We will inform you via email which method we use and supply tracking details.
   

• COURIER - We use Australian Air Express overnight service. They will attempt to deliver from us (in Sydney) to any of the Eastern Australian major cities and regional areas the next business day, but it isn't guaranteed. Outside these areas it will take 2 business days or even 3 business days for some areas in Northern WA and outback NT. This option is automatically insured for the first $800. There is no need to add the extra $2 for insurance.
   

• PICK-UP is available from our premises at Annandale, Sydney. We take EFTPOS, VISA, MasterCard, Bankcard and cash.

We take no responsibility for items being lost, stolen or damaged during transport if you choose not to insure them. So, without insurance there are no grounds for a replacement/refund.

• 3 months Pocketronics warranty. (Warranty invoice will be provided with the item/s)
   

• We do not offer a Early Life Failure swap over service. All items, even 1 day old items, must go to an authorized service centre for repair.

• We guarantee that we will help you get your item repaired if something does go faulty.

• CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR TRANSPORTING THEIR PHONES TO THE NEAREST AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE SHOULD A FAULT ARISE.
