• All orders that paid by 11:59 PM Pacific Time will be ship out the next day except items are on backorder (Monday through Friday). We will send emails to notify buyers if any items are on backorder.
• Insurance is included in shipping fee. Insurance is provided by third party insurance company, so value does not appear on the package.
• If package is return back to our warehouse due to incorrect address or no one pickup, buyer needs to pay for additional shipping fee to ship the package for 2^nd time.
• Our listing's shipping fee will reflect $1.00 shipping discount, if you order more than one quantity for the same listing.  However, We do NOT offer combine-shipping discount for 2 different listings.
• Address change request must email to thisisadeal@gmail.com before we ship out package.  Since we ship out package within 24 hours, there is no guarantee your address change request can be granted. 
• Unconfirmed Address/International Address bidder will need to reply to our email to confirm address and help prevent fraud on your account.  We have the right to hold your order and money, if you don't reply to confirm address.
• Due to slow delivery or heavy lost package, we will NOT ship to follow countries: Nigeria, South Africa, Indonesia, Ukraine, Latvia, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Russia, Brazil, Argentine, Chile, Uruguay.

• This is an auction, so all sales are final and EXCHANGE only. Refunds given only if item found defective on arrive (DOA) and cannot be replaced. If item found defective on arrive, item must be reported within 7 days and return to us within 14 days for exchange, buyers are responsible on returned shipping cost. Refund will be made upon return tracking number and inspection of returned product.
• Return package MUST contains eBay item number and the reason for return.
• Return package MUST remains in original condition. We will not honor the return if package missing retail box or accessories.
• If buyer experiences a problem with the product after 7 days, buyer should contact the manufacturer directly.
• If we ship you wrong item, please do NOT open the package and contact us ASAP.  Open the wrong item package will automatically disqualify the package for return.
• All non-seller mistake returns are subject to 20% re-stocking fee. (Example, you brought the wrong model of headphones.)
