Warranty & Returns
- This item has a 7 day DOA warranty unless stated otherwise in the auction description.
- If an item is found to be defective during the warranty period, please contact us for an RMA. Getting the item back to us is the buyers responsibility. We will replace the item and return it to you at our expense. If we do not have a replacement item we will refund you for the purchase price of the item. Sorry no refunds on shipping.
- We record serial #s of every item we sell, take pictures of all items and mark them so we know they are ours. Our packing table is under a full surveillance system. Every items packing time and date is recorded to insure all items were packed. Any scammers will be reported to eBay, police and the F.T.C.
