This auction is for a 2009 Sony RDR-VX560 that was returned to BestBuy. It improves on the RDR-VX555 & is rated as one of the best on the market with 5 stars. It has been fully tested and everything is working. It Upconverts all media to 1080p and has an HDMI cable connection so you won't need multiple cables nor will you need to keep switching your inputs. Also has DV & USB inputs - this is an awesome unit!

I never know the exact reason why people return these, but the most common one is this unit doesn't include a built-in HD tuner. It's not needed though as long as you have a cable/satellite/or HD TV with a tuner because of the pass-thru inputs. We will ship to the confirmed PayPal address unless you send us a separate email stating otherwise. We don't see any message from EBay or PayPal until it's to late. If your PayPal address is a PO Box, and the item is larger than will fit in an envelope, we can't ship it until you give us a non-PO Box address because UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes.

** Note on warranties and condition-descriptions **
1. "Factory-Sealed" - means brand new, unopened, and still has full factory-warranty.
2. “New” or “Store Return” – means it’s a new item. It may show slight signs of use since it was taken home and used, but returned within the store’s 30 day return policy. Nothing is wrong unless stated in the description because If anything was wrong, it would have been returned to the manufacturer, repaired, and then sold as “Refurbished.” There is no factory warranty on these but you can buy extended-warranties through BuyShield (listed below.)
3. "Used" - means an individual sells a personal item with signs of a lot of wear & use. Usually older than 1 year & out of factory-warranty. No Warranty.
4. "Refurbished" - means it was broken, fixed by the manufacturer, then resold with a 90 day factory-warranty.
5. "AS-IS”, “Broken", "Parts Lot", or "Repair" - means just that - an item needs repair and will have NO warranty or return.
