We ship worldwide. We welcome our international buyers and will process shipping fee and carrier accordingly. If you are unsure of the shipping cost, please request a shipping quote before purchasing of items. Once your payment has been received, we will generally ship within 48 hours.

Products carry a 30 day warranty on parts and labor. If product is sold AS-IS, there is no warranty, and no return will be authorized. If you have any questions concerning the product bought, please contact us directly through “Ask eBay Seller” option with reference to item number.
If a warranty product is found to be defective, or you receive the wrong product, you must notify electronic-CLINIC within 7 days of delivery to obtain a RMA. Allow 24-48 hours for response.
Products with cosmetic or compatibility issues may not be returned. All returned products that are non-defective, undamaged are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products. Please educate yourself as to what you are purchasing prior to bidding. electronic-CLINIC reserves the right to cancel any order when payment is rejected by PayPal.
Payments not received within one week of the close of an auction will be cancelled.
All auction items are for shipment only. We do not allow customer pickup of orders.

A: All of the information that we have about this item at the time is already posted to our product description page. If we have more information about the item, we will update the listing.
Q: What is the cosmetic condition of the used or refurbished item?
A: Most of the products we sell are used and therefore we have a cosmetic grading scale from 1 to 10 (10 being brand NEW). We do not sell items that are 6 or lower. A 7/10 means average grade with possibly minor cracks. An 8/10 means an above average grade with normal scratches but no cracks. A 9/10 means excellent condition with minor scratches and no cracks.
Q: How do I know what is included in the auction?
A: You can find all the information regarding the product in the description section of the item page. Generally if we are selling a touchpad assembly, we will not include a palm rest, speakers or any other parts.
Q: Do you combine shipping charges, payments for separate transactions or offer discounts on multiple purchases?
