RETURN POLICY

Return accepted for DOA items only within 3 Days of receipt of the item by the buyer. Buyer to immediately notify the Seller for DOA item. We will repair or replace the item with similar item. Refund will only be made if we can’t carry out repair or similar item is not available in our inventory. Postage and Insurance Charges will NOT be refunded.

Six Monts Back To Base warranty for any Hardware Failure. The item will be repaired or replaced at our option. Buyer pays for two way postage costs.

We don't accept return for any new items that carry manufacturer's warranty. Please contact Manufacturer for warranty service.

Please allow at least 10 business days for us to process your warranty return.

In case we do not have similar item in our inventory, we will authorise a refund. In this case returns must have all original packaging and accessories and should be returned in original condition in which the item was received. Postage and Insurance costs will not be refunded.
