DOA (dead on arrival) warranty gives you 7 days (from the delivery moment) to notify us (UrbanTekka@gmail.com) if the item is not working or is misrepresented. You will then receive an authorization to return the item for refund or replacement (depending on availability). All returns must arrive within 30 days of auction end.
Our return policy covers DOA and misrepresented items only. Buyer is responsible for making sure the part is compatible and meets the actual needs BEFORE purchasing.

Any return sent to us without prior authorization will be subject to 20% restock fee and the initial s&h charge will not be refunded.
