This family tent is made by Southern Cross Canvas based in Bayswater. Serial number 7475 The tent has excellent quality 10oz canvas, a single cabin style room with attached sunroom. Dimensions: room 12 x 9 feet (3.6m x 2.7 m) sunroom 12 x 9 feet (3.6m x 2.7 m) with 3 walls which zip and velcro into place. Note: standard tent comes with 6 foot awning, whereas this tent was custom made with 9 foot awning. Each wall can be attached separately giving many choices for wind / sun / rain protection as needed. The canvas is in excellent condition - always dried and swept before packing away. No mould or tears. The tent has heavy duty tub flooring and has always been pitched with a protecting tarp underneath. Poles are fully galvanised, stainless steel ‘O’ rings. Tent and sunroom have large windows on each wall with superfine mesh and rain flaps. Excellent ventilation. Has never leaked. All poles, guys and pegs included. Current replacement cost: $2150 and walls $995 A great family tent although the excitement of family camping is not wholly visible in breakfast photo.
