Delivery delays can result from:

Incorrect name or address - please ensure your name and address details are correct & up to date. If delivery is to your work or business, please ensure it can be attentioned to you as the parcel will require your signature.
Most times the parcel is waiting at your local PO - we always notify the customer that the parcel has been posted. If it has not arrived in the expected time, please check with your local PO, as often it is returned there when the delivery driver has missed you at home. A card should be placed in your mailbox, however, this does not always happen.
Please contact us if you have not received your parcel & the local PO is not holding it.

Items are carefully packed using recycled boxes, cartons & void fill. Die cast vehicles are also bubble wrapped to protect the packaging.

New products come as you would buy retail, 100% brand new and factory sealed (unless stated specifically its used/damaged) We do not participate in "C" ratings.
