 Up for sale is my Czech Republic Spector NS5. It is the Neck Thru. model with maple neck thru body,
and maple body. EMG soapbar pickups and active preamp.
The colour is "Blue Stain".

This is one of the early models of the Czech Republic basses built when Stuart Spector was operating under the SSD name (Stuart Spector Design)
Being an early Czech Republic model it has the dot inlays rather than the larger crown inlays which appear on the USA and later Czech models.

I bought this bass Brand-New in 1996.

There is not a mark on this bass anywhere....It still looks like new, as I only used this bass for recording and not live.

The retail price on these Czech Republic 5 strings is $3,895...(The retail on the USA Spector 5 strings is $8,999!)

This is a big sounding bass with a very fat bottom end.

I have a generic padded gig bag which I will include plus a brand new set of strings.

I am selling this bass because I have 2 Spectors and I have gone from playing full time back to a "normal" day job and I have lost all interest in playing....but I'll keep my other Spector just in case!

This bass is for pickup only from Melbourne's outer eastern suburbs, or you could arrange for your own courier.
