How it works:

A contoured layer of lightweight polyurethane bonds to a closed-cell nitrogen-injected Spenco material cradles your heels and supports your arches. Additional cushioning in the heel strike zone and forefoot area of he insole help protect the back and front of the foot during various activities. The Spenco Polysorb CrossTrainer Insoles were awarded the Seal of Acceptance by the American Podiatric Medical Association.

Depending on size, our primary shipping method is either
USPS Priority mail or First Class "tracked" delivery.
The US Post Office says 3 days for Priority and estimates
3 days for First Class Tracked deliveries.

Return Policy
Incorrect orders: We pay for the shipping both ways.
If you received a product that is not what you ordered, we will exchange the item for you at no charge and credit your Credit Card for the postage used to send it back.

Defective Items: We pay for the shipping both ways.
If your item is damaged or defective we will exchange the item for you at no charge and credit your Credit Card for the postage used to send it back. This means you get the same product that you ordered sent back to you.

Exchanges: You pay postage and we will exchange for unused items or upgrade for full value of your purchase.
If you would like to exchange your unused item for another item within 10 days of receiving your item: we will exchange the item for you and make any adjustments to your Credit Card for postage and difference in the new item ordered. This means you pay for postage to us and postage for exchanged item back to you.

Canceled Order: Return Without Exchange: All item that are being returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of postage used to send the item to you. They must be in New Condition as deemed by our staff. You are also responsible for return shipping costs.
