Please be aware that due to our pricing structure, we do not offer a complimentary second delivery. If you are not at home to receive your item/s they will go back to the depot to await your collection.
When we log your item/s into star track to send out to you, we enter the email address that you have registered with ebay, Star Track then email your with your tracking number and a link so you can track your item/s
It is then up to you to make yourself available or contact Star Track however, this must be done prior to the item/s being delivered.
If you miss a delivery there are only two options available to you
- You can pay for a redelivery, this can only be done by emailing us at completetanningsolutions@live.com.au we will send you an invoice that you can pay via paypal, credit card or direct deposit
or
- You can collect your item/s from the “Star Track” depot

For International returns, it is your responsibility to return the original item or you can pay the postage for a new item to be forwarded to you via a secure freight service.

If we are unable to replace an item, a refund will be issued.
