You are bidding on two retired Stampin' Up items called By Design and a matching wheel called Hot to Dot plus a Bonus of a Catalog and 3 Inspiration Sheets for many ideas!  There are 4 pieces in the set plus the wheel, and they are lightly used with little ink staining.  The stamp set was retired in June of 2007 and the wheel in December of 2007.  Buyer to pay shipping charges.  Enjoy!
