Goods must be returned to us, if the unit is deamed faulty by the service Technician it will be repaired to working order at no cost to you as per the manufacturers warranty, for the period of 12 months from date of purchase. The unit will be returned to you via post/courier at your cost. Please note with all returned goods, the postage cost's are to be paid by the purchaser. In the event the unit returned is found not to be at fault,we will also charge to return the item.
