This is Star Trek #53 by Gold Key Comics from 1978.  The story is "What Fools These Mortals Be".  Classic Gold Key Sci Fi bronze age back issue.

Overstreets Comics Price Guide lists this comic at $45.00 US Dollars if in Near Mint - 9.2 condition.

The comic is complete, looks great and is in Fine 6.0 condition.  Nice tight copy.  No store stamps or pricing stickers.  Very nice cover gloss.  Copy lies nice and flat with very white pages.  Copy shows some very minor wear around the edges only.

I grade my comics in good faith and as best I can by market standards.  If you have a problem then make contact and we will work it out.  Grading is very hard and should be perfect but please use it as a guide and let me know if you are unhappy.  If you will leave negative feed back over grading without making contact then please do not bid.

Terms & Conditions.

My T & C's are pretty simple. I am not a shop or business. I do ebay for the fun, as a hobby, so you are not under any pressure to pay immediately. I want you to benefit from combined postage. If you are bidding or watching a few items just let me know when you are finished and I will save you money by sending an ebay invoice with combined postal charges.   You can contact me anytime by using the "Ask the seller a question" tab on any of my auctions.

 I am not always correct and if you disagree with anything from your purchases let me know and I will endeavor to work through the issue with you.  My feed back confirms it all.

I back my items and will leave positive feed back as soon as payment is confirmed. Not once you have left feed back similiar to some ebay sellers.

Unless family or work commitments hold me up I will post every Saturday morning so if your payments is confirmed by Saturday it should be with you by the following Tuesday. Please allow 14 days for postage just in case, especially around school holiday times.

As per ebay recommendations I will sort any issues with any of my items out with you until both are satisfied. If a postal item goes missing I will first do an Auspost search and if not found, try to replace, try to offer different items and refund as a last resort. Around only 1 in every 500 packages goes missing so the post is very reliable but you must be informed in case worst case scenario.

Australian Postage

All items, where possible, will be sent out enclosed in plastic and supported by cardboard with a large do not bend on the front of the parcel.  I will always combine auction wins.  I will also hold items for up to 30 days until you finish bidding on other items so you can save on postage.  Just let me know if want me to hold by sending an e-mail via the contact seller tab.

Australian postage charges

1 to 3 standard comics = $2.50

4 to 7 standard comics = $4.00

8 to 12 standard comics  = $6.00 (2 Packages)

13 to 40 standard comics $10.00

Double and triple sized editions, Trade Paperbacks, Graphic Novels, prestige formats and any other larger than normal comic books will obviously count up to several comics depending on the size.  Most comics are standard unless noted
