Payment: Should be made within five (5) days. Should you have a problem (sometimes it does happen), just give as a call via E-bay's contact form to keep us up to date.

Combined Postage: Yes, we do combine shipping on multiple purchases and this may save you some money, but confirmation will need to be made on the final cost if using Registered Post or if the final order will not fit an Australia Post Postal Satchel.

Shipping: The cost of shipping to destinations within Australia is based on either ACTUAL or CUBIC weight of the order (Cubic weight is based on Dimensions of the box that your order is shipped via), which ever is the greater (As per Australia Post's Terms & Conditions for shipping in Australia) and includes a P&H fee to cover costs as appropriate.

Payment: To assist with finalising payment for an order, Australian customers have the following options available to them; Australia Post Money Order, Bank Deposit, or Paypal.

HMAS: Some customers may be entitled to free post (P&H fee still applies) conditional to their postal address being HMAS based and the total weight (ACTUAL vs CUBIC) of the purchase is less than 2kg.

USA: Some items may be available for shipping at a reduced rate to addresses inside the United States (Specifically the 48 contiguous states plus Alaska and Hawaii), but this option is subject to availability via the US Warehouse and you should confirm before commiting to purchase.

US APO: Customers with a US APO address are restricted to the use of Priority Mail for items shipped from the US Warehouse and should confirm availability before commiting to purchase.

Payment: The only option available to International Customers is Paypal.

    Depending on the method of payment, there may be a delay in confirmation.
    • Australia Post Money Order: Can take 2-10 days to arrive depending on your location and further delays could occur depending on the Postal Service.
    • Bank Deposit/EFT: Has been known to take 1-4 days (This appears to depend on your location if your interstate and the bank you use)
    • Paypal: Should be instantaneous (unless transferring money from your bank account which can take 4-6 days) though a delay of 1 day may result in our getting confirmation

    A) Yes, when allowable, we do combine orders unless it would be cheaper (As determined by CUBIC weight within Australia) to ship seperately.
    
    
  • Q) The postage you quoted does not match what I would expect to pay. I checked Australia Post's website and entered the dimensions and weight of the item which I previously checked/have a copy of. What is up with that?
    
    A) All items are carefully packed for protection. For an accurate quote, you can not just use the dimensions/weight of the item/s, you also need the dimensions of the box that will contain your item/s, and take into account the final weight as well (Which includes such things as protective packing material, shrink wrap, tape, etc.)
    
    In addition to this a P&H fee is added to cover the cost of materials and if you requested Registered Post, the charge associated with this service (As provided by Australia Post) is seperate from that of the postage itself and is not included in the listed postage on the box.
