4. Delivery Policy

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 72 hours of receipt of order.
Excepting where goods are out of stock in which case we will contact the
client by email and advise the expected delivery time , normally no more
than 2 weeks.

All transaction on this site will be done in Australian dollars

International Customers please be advised that some countries are not on
our approved list however we are always willing to organise delivery for you to the best of our ability.

5. Returns policy

Patterns can not be returned.

Any accessories found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge.

All claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods.

Claims for faulty stock must be reported to "Cute As A Button Patchwork" within three (3) days of the receipt of the order.

Any discrepancy (pricing, quantity, taxes etc.) should be reported to us immediately.

This will ensure prompt corrective action on our part.

A copy of the relevant invoice must accompany returned items.
