Virginia Hill uses Tupperwave Stack Cooking containers to prepare nutritious tasty family meals in approximately thirty minutes. Rosemary Stanton assists with nutrition analysis for each recipe, and the recipes are marked “easy”, “ a little care needed”, or “for confident cooks”. Plenty of hints and tips with each recipe, as well as general instructions on the Stack Cooking containers and microwave cooking.
This is a hardcover book which opens like a folder to a ring binder spine. Apart from slight wear to the cover, it is in good condition.
Steam Cuisine by Jenny Stacey.
Published in 1999, this is a hard cover book with dust jacket. The dust jacket is slightly worn and marked and the edges are of it are creased, but the book is in good condition. It contains over 90 recipes for seafood, poultry, meat, game and vegetables. Covering the various types of steamers, from the traditional Chinese Bamboo baskets to oven top steamers and electric models, with plenty of useful hints and tips throughout.
