Returns Policy
For all faulty items buyers must contact us by e-mail and we will send a form to complete and send back with the faulty item. Please Note: For all returned non-faulty items (identified by our technical department), the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fee for re-sending the item back to buyer.
**We have NO responsibility on the shipping and handling fee on any returned items. We do not accept C.O.D. service, items will NOT be accepted.

Guarantee
We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOAs must be contact/return to us within 7 days. For assistance with warranty and returns please email us.
If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 7-day period from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.
