Here's a nice retro steel road frame & fork with decorative lugs and cast tips - 1980's. Would build up into a nice fixie or road bike. Has scratches on tubes and marks where cable clamps were, could be touched up or repainted - would restore well, no dings/dents or repairs. Includes headset which will need to be serviced. Has French "Vitus" cable guides under bottom bracket, - see pics - has "Pretoria" decal on seat tube, a nice frame.
