Sterling Silver Antique Demitasse Cup Saucer Aynsley

Item Description: For sale is a rare demitasse duo made by Aynsley

The vintage / antique duo consists of a coffee can cup and sterling silver cup hilder and saucer. The edges of the duo are finely fluted.

The duo is finely decorated in a black repeating pattern. The saucer and cup are decorated and trimmed in gold. The sterling silver holder was custom made for this piece and the four slots align exactly with the 4 black patterns.

Dimensions:  The cup is 5cm in diameter and 6cm high.
The saucer is 11.5cm diameter. 

Backstamp:  - "Aynsley" backstamp. The silver is hallmarked Crown (Sheffield), Lion (Lion Passant) and lower case "c" (1920)
