The shell is called shiva's eye, it is the operculum of a shell.

Approximate measurements:

Size 13 in the Japanese measurement system - which makes the most sense to me. Size 13 is a small size.

Height: 25mm

Top of ring: diameter 17mm and height 6mm

 Band at bottom of ring: 3mm by 1mm

Average weight is 4.93 grams
