The 3M™ Littmann® Classic II S.E. Stethoscope features a patented tunable diaphragm on one side, augmenting the traditional bell function of the opposite side. The patented tunable diaphragm alternates between bell and diaphragm modes with a simple pressure change on the chestpiece. Also features: single-lumen tubing, patented 3M™ Littmann® Snap Tight soft-sealing eartips; comfortably angled anatomically correct headset and patient-friendly nonchill rim and diaphragm.

 

Bought for nursing placements but do not have a need for it now. My loss is your gain.
