1. Your item(s) will leave the warehouse within three (3) business days after your payment is cleared.
2. Items are usually sent by Star Track Express (a partnership of QANTAS and Australia Post).
3. There is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
4. Delivery times vary according to location.
5. We require your phone number to assist the courier in delivering your item(s).
6. Your signature will be required on delivery.
7. We cannot deliver to a Post Office box.

Tracking Your Order: All lighting items are covered for transit insurance.

Local Pickups: Pick up from our head office in Caulfield South, Victoria may be arranged after payment is made, however a delivery fee from the warehouse will still apply for items under $150. For safety reasons pick up from the warehouse is not possible.

The manufacturer warrants that this item is free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty will be honoured by the manufacturer only. Please contact the manufacturer for repair/replacement of these items. A FREE copy of the manufacturer's written warranty can be obtained upon written request.
