Pilates TV - features 4 and a half hours of pilates from beginner to advanced. 3. Classic Pilates Technique - faithful to the original mat exercises devised by Joseph Pilates. 4, 5 and 6. Rael Pilates - 3 DVDs, one for beginner, one for intermediate, one for advanced. Rael Isacowitz is a well known pilates instructor in New York. I am a pilates instructor myself and I have used all of the exercises on these DVDs in my classes many times! Moving overseas so that is why I am selling.
