If you have any questions please ask before bidding, not after you've paid. This includes clarification of shipping rates.

If there is any customs fee once you receive the parcel, it's your responsibility to pay it as per global policy.

Shipping and Handling: Normally items are shipped out within 3 business days after payment has been cleared payment recieved. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. I quote for postage (air mail), the box (as I buy them from wholesalers myself) and a minor cost for packaging. We ONLY ship to confirmed Paypal addresses and via verified Paypal accounts. With this in mind please make sure the address in your paypal account is correct. The shipment normally takes 6~14 days approximately and is sent via air mail. And most important, if you do not insure your parcel we accept no liability for loss or damage. We normally provide insurance as an option and highly recommend you take this option. If we have not provided this as an option it is the buyers responsibility to request it via email.

Pick-ups available only for purchases/wins over $50US or if indicated on the listing. Sorry but I have a full time management job in a 24 hour DC, a busy life and anything less than this limit just simply isn't worth having to reschedule my life around. And at the moment even with that limit I am organising 2-3 pick-ups a week...

Otherwise if you know how much you are paying up front and purchase the item then you should not be giving less than five stars.
REMEMBER: I don't have as many transactions that I cannot figure out how people are rating and if I despatch quickly, the items is as described, the shipping time (HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME... it is the freight company incidentally) and the communication is forthcoming, then please do the right thing.
