This set of lightings include two lamps. MAX output is 1000W. you could use the four  MAX 125W energy saving bulbs with one lighting, (we supply eight 30W bulbs with this set of lightings).  Four bulb holders on the lamp head and with two switch, you could use the 2 bulbs are bright or 4 bulbs all are bright. In the lamp head, a safety switch on it, you could use it safetly. Very bright, very good for photo.
