Now the boring but important stuff.....

Postage & Handling :  Australia wide regular post is $2.20*   As most of the products we sell are small, we send all our parcels via Australia Post and use their padded bags (maximum 151 x 229 x 20mm ) up to 250g.  Aust Post rules say that this parcel can't be thicker than 20mm; sometimes the products don't comply. (I do try to get away with it by spreading the item/s in the satchel. If your items are larger/heavier we have no choice but to send them via the satchels described in our 'multiple items’. If this is the case my suggestion is to buy up big and save.

Multiple, Larger or Heavier Items:  If the items do not fit into the above padded bag it will be placed into the parcel post bag and will be combined up to 3 days and total postage/ handling will be discounted as per scale below. 

We send all our parcels via Australia Post and use their Parcel Post prepaid satchels. We find it’s a convenient, no-fuss way to send parcels anywhere within Australia.

Registered Post:  If you require registered post please add $2.75 to the above price. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels if you do not take registration.

When will we send your order?  Payments are due within 3 days from final invoice. Your order will be shipped within 3 working days from clearance of your payment. You will receive an email when your payment has been received and your order has been posted. Please allow ample time for you order to be delivered, I am not responsible for Australia Post delivery times once I have posted your order. If you require something urgently.. let me know and I'll post the same day (regular post) or you could request Express Post (at your cost)

Payments:  Payments are due within 3 days from invoice please. I prefer bank deposits, my bank details will come up when you go through checkout; leave your username as a reference. Paypal is ok, except they charge a fee just for the privilege of giving me your money.

Returns Policy: Items will be refunded or exchanged on another product to the same value in the case of faulty goods within 7 days of receipt. If you simply change your mind or don't like your purchase I'm afraid I cannot exchange or refund.  If you need more information about a product please ask for details well before the end of auction time.

Postage costs cannot be reimbursed for any reason. Any items to be returned will be done at the buyers cost, if I am to send a replacement then it will be done at my cost.

Exceptional care is taken with packaging to ensure safe delivery. I am not responsible for breakages or lost items once they have left my hands.

A couple more things....Every effort is made to ensure you have all the information needed to make an informed decision before buying. I try to be as honest as I can on every listing; any errors or omissions are truly unintentional. Before leaving negative feedback, please give me the opportunity to rectify the problem J

All the metal products are all plated unless stated ie 'gold' is plated gold, not solid gold, gold filled or rolled in gold.
