• Shipping timeline:  We ship within 1 - 3 business days after payment is received and cleared. 
• We ship via USPS or UPS depending on the item and your location. We will choose which is the best and least amount for delivery for you and it may be different than listed in auction. Anything over 250.00 requires signature confirmation with $1.75 extra fee added on invoice. 
• Tracking: An email will be sent to your Paypal email address with tracking information for most shipments. Please check your spam filters for blocked Paypal or USPS /UPS notifications.  In 'view order details' of your auction you will see the tracking as well.
• First Class: There is no tracking or insurance for first class and the delivery time is much longer. 
• Combined shipping discounts:  We offer discounts of 60% off shipping on your second and multiple items.
• International Shipping: We ship worldwide.

  • International shipping is estimated by the United States Postal Service as taking approximately 10 business days. We have noticed in some cases it has taken 20 days.

  • Even though we ship right away - packages can be held up in customs which is beyond our control and unfortunately we can't speed it up - and only provide tracking as to it's whereabouts.

  • Please note there is a size limit on packages so we may have to take out shoe 'boxes' or pack in smaller size cartons. Some of our items we do not ship worldwide due to size and weight of packages

It must be in the same box, same item, same condition with tags or any other 'extras' as described or photographed in the auction. Must have delivery confirmation and insurance. A mutual agreement to return/not complete transaction must be completed. Refund will be made upon receipt and completion of the mutual agreement process with eBay.
