Payment:
Payment should be made within 7 days of auction end, unless you're waiting for another auction to end so you can combine your purchases. Please just let me know within 7 days what your intentions are.
I accept Paypal, bank deposit, mastercard, visacard and if you're picking the item up, COD.
Shipping:
When you spend $50 or more on two or more items, postage is free (except for on-sale items). I use pre-paid Australia Post satchels and will fit as much I can in the $5 and $8.80 bags respectively.
If you want registered post it is an extra $2.
Local pickup is also available from the Sweat Depot, "On Q Plaza", Shop 1, Queens Road EVERTON HILLS Brisbane.

RETURNS POLICY - The serious, boring bit.
You have the right to a repair, replacement or refund if the goods supplied:

Have a fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of purchase;

Do not do the job the customer was led to believe they would;

Do not match the sample shown to the customer: and/or

Aren’t as they were described
Sweat Diva also will exchange or refund item/s purchased that do not fit. In these circumstances, goods may only be returned for exchange or refund providing the garment is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and a copy of the receipt is provided.
Australian residents: Exchange or refund available for goods returned within 14 days of dispatch date.
Overseas residents: Exchange or refund available for goods returned within 4 weeks of dispatch date.
Exchanges can be made for available lines currently on offer in the on-line store. By emailing info@sweatdiva.com.au or by contacting me through E-Bay at the time you wish to make an exchange, we can ensure availability by holding the item/s you would like.
To arrange for the return of an item email info@sweatdiva.com.au or by contacting me through E-Bay for instructions on how to return the item. Payment of postage for return of the item will be incurred by the customer.
Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred.

Our garments are made mostly with stretch fabric, elasticized waists and simple, workable patterns specifically to address all the many forms that our divas come in.

About Us:
This story is inspired by all those women out there that work, cook, clean, nurture and give of themselves 24 hours a day, but demand that for a couple of times a week they take control of their bodies and train – hard. Like all Diva’s should.
Let’s think about how often you wear gym clothes? Some days it could be up to three hours, even more if you include that emergency visit to the shops with a deviation for coffee and/or ice-cream (because you deserve it!). Let’s also think about all the attention you would be getting? A lot, of course, you are a DIVA. We are all Diva’s -in all of our gorgeous shapes, colours and sizes. So why do we spend all of our hard earned money on office and evening wear when we never get so much attention as when we are strutting it out at out local gym, park, bike paths, beaches and pools. Sweating.
