  • GOOD:   Intact, readable, shelf/edge wear, perhaps small tears/writing, staining, age discolouration may have inscription
  • FAIR:   Wear and tear, discolouration, tears, writing more evident, readable, may have inscription
  • FAIR - BUT AGED: Book very old, may have staining or repairs to cover (by previous owner), discolouration, staining to some pages, tears, writing evident, inscription, folding of pages, repairs to inner pages, underlining etc BUT BOOK STILL READABLE AND VALUABLE
