When bidding on any of our items please keep in mind that they are preloved unless otherwise stated. We try to be as honest as possible and describe the books the best we can however occasionally we may miss something. If you have a problem with anything that you purchase from us please contact us immediately. Please do not leave negative feedback without making contact.

A refund will be given only if it is found that I have misrepresented my item. No refunds will be given if you have misread or changed your mind or if something happens to the item in transit. The item must be returned to me within 7 days in the same condition that I sent it to you and only then will I refund the cost of the item. All postage costs will be your own responsibility including those incurred to return the item.

All items photographed are the actual items for sale, and therefore are included as part of the description of the item.

Payment

We prefer PAYPAL.

We prefer that you complete the checkout prior to paying for your item.

Payment must be made within 7 days of winning item unless waiting on another of our auctions to finish. In this case you must notify us with in a day of the end of the first auction. All bank deposits must be accompanied by buyer’s username to prevent postage delays. We also accept Australia Post money orders. We do not accept postage stamps, cash in the mail or cheques as payment. We will not post items until payment has arrived in our account. The fastest payment method is via PayPal (linked to credit card); bank deposit can take up to 4 days to clear.

All international orders must be paid via PayPal in Australian Dollars. Contact us for any further details.

Shipping and Handling

Please request total in checkout prior to paying if purchasing more than one item as we discount postage on multible items. We wrap all books in plastic prior to sending however if more packaging is required please let us know via email immediately so that we can attempt to accommodate your request. Extra packaging of course may alter the price of postage and packing depending on the item.

All items purchased and sent to domestic locations are mostly shipped within 1-2 days. If you require registered Post please request quote prior to purchase.

International customers MUST contact us for shipping estimate prior to bidding. Unfortunately postage from Australia can be expensive so this is important. Pick-ups are not available.

Please be aware that although I make every effort to describe the items to the best of my ability and as honestly as possible, I am only human so it is your responsibility as the buyer to ask any questions relating to the item or the condition of it prior to bidding. Please don't bid if you are not sure as all non paying bidders will be considered dishonest and the appropriate action will be taken.

This will enable us to give any postage discount that you may be entitled to. We use post prepaid envelopes for smaller items under 500 gm and up to 20cm thickness and for larger items we use a 500 gm satchel. Combined purchases over 500 gms and up to 3 kgs will be charged flat rate for a large 3kg satchel.
