Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment

All items purchased on eBay must be paid for using either:

  • PayPal
  • Bank account via direct deposit
  • Visa/Mastercard (processed via PayPal)
  • Money Order

We prefer payments to be made via direct deposit or paypal.

All payments MUST be made within 2 working days from the end of the auction or purchases from our eBay Store. Please note payments made from your cheque account through PayPal may take up to 5 working days to clear. Goods will not be sent until all funds have cleared through PayPal
Fees We charge $4.00 packaging & handling fee for playground equipment PLUS Australia post postage rates. We use Australia Post to send worldwide by economy air, unless the customer requires priority dispatch and insurance.
Shipping We ship world wide by the best rates available from Australia Post.The rates charged will be the Australia Post price plus a small handling fee.
Delivery After all payments have been recieved and cleared we will ship within 3 working days, except where the goods may be temporarily out of stock. In any out of stock item the buyer will be notified by email and offered another colour of the same item. If This is not accepted we will refund the total purchase price.
Refunds & Returns We do not offer refunds unless the item has a manufacturing fault. To date this has never happened as all items are tested and are of the highest quality. If there is a manufacturing fault we will replace the item with another new item of the same description.The item must be returned with all original packaging and the ebay purchase date. This item replacement is only available for 7 days from the reciept of the goods and only if contacted by the purchaser prior to returning the item. We will pay all freight charges incurred in the return of the item on the condition that the purchser supplies to a the Australia Post receipt for the cost of freight for the returned items.
We do not accept returns if you change your mind.
