Mint full original gum never hinged. If you see any white dots in the scans, this is paper dust and not on the stamps or coins. Buyer to pay $1.50 shipping and handling in the US plus any insurance desired - $3 shipping for outside the US. Insurance is required for items paid by credit card and shipped in the US and registered mail is required for foreign shipments when paying by credit card. Lately the USPS has lost a couple items in shipping. If you choose not to insure items not paid by credit card, it is at your own risk. If the total of your shipment is over $50 I am having it metered at the USPS just to prove shipment. This will not help you find your stamps if they are lost. Satisfaction guaranteed. APS member and ASDA member. I AM ALWAYS BUYING US COLLECTIONS.
